CloudGenius respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our training website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you register or complete the free quiz, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, program interest, payment preference, message, quiz score, referral source, browser information and visit time.

How we use information

We use this information to process registrations, send enrollment communications, provide quiz results, answer questions, improve the website and follow up about relevant CloudGenius training.

Payments

Payments are completed through external services such as Zelle or PayPal. CloudGenius does not collect or store your bank-account, card or PayPal password information on this website. Those providers process payments under their own privacy policies.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We use hosting and database providers to operate the website, and FormSubmit to forward registration details to our enrollment mailbox. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for 30 days. CloudGenius keeps information only as long as reasonably required for enrollment, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your registration information by emailing isaacobaro@cloudgenius.ca.
