These terms govern your use of the CloudGenius website. A consultation request does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information. Recommendations for a specific organization are provided only through an agreed consulting engagement after the relevant environment and requirements have been reviewed.

Consulting engagements

The scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees and payment terms for consulting work will be documented in a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate inquiry information and not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Confidential information

Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential system configurations, regulated data or other sensitive information through the website contact form. Secure information-sharing arrangements will be established when required for an engagement.

Intellectual property

CloudGenius retains rights in its website content, methods and pre-existing materials. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement.
