Terms of Service

These terms apply when you register for, access or participate in CloudGenius training.

Training services

CloudGenius provides instructor-led technology education, practical labs, résumé support and interview preparation. Program descriptions, schedules and included services are displayed on the registration page.

Tuition and installments

Tuition is $999 USD per program. Students may pay in full or in two installments of $499.50 USD. The first installment is due at enrollment and the second is due in week 4. Continued access may be suspended if an installment is overdue.

Student responsibilities

Students must provide accurate registration information, attend and participate responsibly, protect lab credentials, follow instructor safety guidance and avoid unauthorized access or misuse of CloudGenius systems.

Career outcomes

CloudGenius provides education and career preparation but does not guarantee employment, certification results, compensation or a particular career outcome. Results depend on participation, prior experience and market conditions.

Intellectual property

Course materials and lab instructions are for the registered student’s personal learning use. They may not be resold, published or distributed without written permission.

Refunds

The two-day value guarantee and all refund requirements are governed by the Refund Policy.
